The Zen of leisure?

Do you love channel surfing, cushy government jobs and fellatio?  The Men of Leisure do!  In fact we support any activity where a man doesn’t have to do any work.

Here at the Men of Leisure headquarters, we believe that the farther away a man is from work, the closer he is to perfection. Our goal is to get men back in touch with their primitive sensibilities.  Back to the hunter and gatherer days of prehistory, when man worked less than 20 hours a week!

Sadly, our world has long since deteriorated into what it is now.  A world where work reigns supreme.  We believe this transformation from the near-perfect world of early man to now can be seen in all facets of life.  Religion for instance, started off well enough.  A day of rest is quite sensible. It was only when puritanical groups started advocating hard work on the other six days that everything got shot all to hell.  Why do you think Jesus quit carpentry to go on his three-year leisure tour?
The truth is, we have all been tricked into accepting work as an inevitable thing. Some of us have even started to consider work to be a good thing!

It is with these disturbing statements that the Men of Leisure humbly invite you to join our noble quest to rid ourselves of the unnecessary evil of undo effort.

The mystical power of the Z can free your soul? To aid you in your journey to the true promised land, we offer products, stories, and practical advice that allow the modern man to achieve the ultimate goal of the new millennium: becoming a man of leisure.

You see we support no particular political party, no individual charity or church. Rather we subscribe to the notion that all men be they rich or poor, black or white, Christian or Hindu, have an inalienable right to sleep in on a weekday, to take an holiday as often as they like, and most of all a right to be a
man of leisure.
